Transit times are estimates only and may change due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, delays, equipment availability, breakdowns). Transit times are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for rental, hotel, or related costs. All bookings require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit. Cancellations are not refundable. Full payment is required prior to delivery; unpaid invoices may incur storage charges of $50/day.
Final invoices may include fuel surcharges, taxes, pickup/drop-off fees, towing, winching, non-runner fees, or other applicable charges.
Customers are responsible for all towing, storage, and third-party charges if the vehicle becomes inoperable or cannot be transported as scheduled. Non-runner or modified/low-clearance vehicles must be disclosed in advance; failure to do so releases us from liability for related damage or delays. Vehicles must be free of illegal or heavy items.
Personal items are transported at the owner’s risk, must remain below window level, and may incur additional charges. Vehicles must have at least ¼ tank of fuel, be clean for inspection, and be road-worthy with working emergency brakes unless declared as non-runner.
We are not responsible for interior damage, undercarriage damage, mechanical condition, pre-existing damage, missing parts, wear and tear, environmental damage, or damage caused by age, freezing, vibration, or vehicle condition. Only exterior damage while on the carrier is covered. Customers must maintain their own insurance while vehicles are waiting or after unloading. Vehicles can be driven for transportation purposes only.
Quotes are based on terminal-to-terminal service. Door-to-door service, wait time, dry runs, or failed access may result in additional charges. Delays do not constitute cancellation. All payments are non-refundable. We reserve the right to cancel shipments due to inappropriate customer behavior.
By placing an order and making payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions and authorizes vehicle transportation.
